A: ELEVATE is designed for individual career seekers and entrepreneurs who want to enter or advance in the legal cannabis industry. CULTIVATE is designed for municipalities and educational institutions that want to build full cannabis education and workforce programs. Our mini courses (Home Grow and Intro to Cannabis) are ideal starting points for beginners, community members, and stakeholders.

Q: Do I need prior cannabis experience to enroll in ELEVATE?
A: No formal experience is required. Many students come from legacy markets, adjacent industries, or are simply passionate consumers. The program is built to meet people where they are and give them structure, compliance training, and a clear path into legitimate roles.

Q: Will these programs help me get a job?
A: ELEVATE was designed specifically to prepare students for real roles in the legal industry. Our curriculum, coaching, and partnerships are aimed at an approximately 85% job placement rate into roles ranging from 40,000–100,000 per year, as well as pathways into entrepreneurship.

Q: How are CULTIVATE partnerships structured?
A: CULTIVATE is a 12‑month implementation partnership that includes discovery and planning, program development, pilot implementation, and scaling/sustainability. We help institutions build and launch high‑impact cannabis education and social equity programs with clear metrics and ROI.

Q: Do students receive certificates?
A: Yes, all four courses currently issue digital certificates of completion. These can be used to document training for employers, partners, or institutional records.
