Since 2019 he has been building a first‑of‑its‑kind cannabis vocational school that connects legacy experience, social equity, and real workforce outcomes. His work sits at the intersection of cannabis education, industrial hemp innovation, green construction, and faith‑driven community impact.

Through partnerships with municipalities, colleges, and industry, Sammie is committed to turning cannabis tax revenue and lived experience into jobs, businesses, and long‑term opportunity for Black and Brown communities.
